This has been a rough couple of years. This country has been in an uproar after allowing a convicted felon to be president of the United States and allowing his administration to break the law and censor free speech. It seems that we’re going backwards and many of us refuse to go back.
This country was never great for anyone except, maybe, the Native American people who were here until colonizers came and stole their land. Since then, it has been a struggle and a fight for property, land and people.
It seems like the colonizers like to own things, including people. If they can’t own the people, then they need to get rid of them. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but that’s exactly what is happening to the people from the countries they are saying are illegal.
Our people refuse to bow down and we are strong in our minds, our hearts, and our bodies. So, you can’t control us and that’s why they (white supremacist) don’t want us here. That’s why there are criminals—dressed up as law enforcement—breaking rules and committing crimes and not being held accountable because they don’t know what to do with people who won’t bow down and kiss the Maga ring. The country and the world are standing up and refusing to bow down and that’s why they’re mad.
We must continue to resist and protest in whatever way we can. Boycotting corporations who support it, standing out in the freezing cold or walking out of work for an entire day with the entire country. However we can, we must protest. We must keep resisting until something changes. One of those “somethings” needs to be the politicians in the system. We must make sure the politicians are making policies and rules for “the people” and not the mega millionaires who are white supremacists.
