Dr. Marrow brings more than 25 years of progressive nursing leadership experience with expertise in emergency and trauma care, quality and safety, regulatory excellence, and clinical operations.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, advanced patient safety initiatives, strengthened trauma programs, and developed innovative clinical services. An accomplished educator and mentor, she is deeply committed to developing future nurse leaders and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Dr. Marrow earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems Innovation and Leadership, Master of Science in Nursing (Nurse Education), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Elms College.
