A CRUMBLING NATION

Share this:

The crumbling of a nation is at hand.
They’ve forgotten God and put their trust in man.
What once was will be no more.
The rich man will become wealthier, and the poor man, poorer.

The ones in high positions, who voted for him, are losing their jobs.
They’re finally realizing the mistake they made as some protest with sobs.
The leader of this nation is wearing a crown, calling himself a king.
A crumbling nation which once had everything.

Whatever he can break, he’s tearing apart.
He’s broken and pathetic, without a heart.
Listen people, he had already told the nation what he would do if he got back in.
Thinking their jobs were safe, they ran out; cast their votes, to make sure he’d win.

Oh yes, he’s in! But they’re complaining about how bad it seems.
WAKE UP! This is not a DREAM!
Give me a BREAK! Before you voted him back in, you knew he was a SNAKE!
We haven’t seen anything yet. A crumbling nation filled with regrets. ■
