This three-part series is open to those with diabetes, those who care for a person with diabetes or those who just want to know more and offer support! A healthy snack will be provided and each class will allow for an open discussion on defining diabetes, how to eat to control blood sugar and how to properly manage medication and lifestyle to allow you to lead a healthy, happy life.
